Just another price cut for Tesla’s Model S.
According to Tesla ‘s website, the electric car maker is listing its Model S sedan for $69,420. The model’s Long Range Plus edition also saw a $3,000 cut on Tuesday with a starting price of $71,990.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk revealed on Twitter the new price cut on Wednesday.
The price cut comes after the starting price of $69,900 for their electric Lucid Air model was revealed by Lucid Motors on Wednesday.
The electric vehicle manufacturer also cut the Model X price by $5,000 in May and its North American Model 3 price by $2,000 at the same time, among other Tesla price cuts this year. It cut the price of its Model Y in July by $3,000.
According to The Motley Fool, Tesla ‘s total deliveries reached a quarterly high in Q3 2020, at 139,300, marking a 40 percent rise from Q3 2019.
